And then Click on the Create Blog Button at the above left side. Pop Up Box Will Appeare on the screen. First Enter Your Blog title. Then enter your blog URl And Then Chose template. Then Click on The Create blog Button Having On The Pop Up Box. Your Free Blog Will Being Created Successfully.

Ans : It is the first Step Of which Peoples want to change there blog Template. because Blogger.Com provide some of Templates but people having their own Templates. And they want to change the template of there blogs. So 1st Open Blogger.Com And then open your blog .At the left side Goto Template Option. and then click on ("Backup/Restore button") At the above right side.And Then click on download this template if you want to create a backup of your template.
